The
DBS
(Disclosure
and
Barring
Service-formerly
called,
Criminal
Records
Bureau
(CRB)
enables
organisations
in
the
public,
private
and
voluntary
sectors
to
make
safer
recruitment
decisions
by
identifying
candidates
who
may
be
unsuitable
for
certain
work,
especially
that
involving
children
or
vulnerable adults.
These are some of the positions covered:

Home care workers (Carers and Senior carers)
•
Support workers
•
Health and social care assistants
•
Nurses – RGNS, RMNs

What is our process
Before we consider potential candidates we ensure
that they are compliant and they have the
following documents in place:
•
IELTS English test.
•
Police clearance valid within 3 months.
•
Validation of training certificates.
•
TB test.
•
Full employment history.
Once we have interviewed the candidate and you
offer them employment, we would support with
the following:
•
Travel arrangements.
•
NI registration.
•
Opening a UK bank account.
•
GP registration.
•
UK accommodation if required.
Standard Form
Application form can be
downloaded and completed by
hand and either scanned or
posted to KHS
Interactive Form
Application form can be
downloaded but completed on a
tablet or PC and then emailed
to KHS or printed and then
posted
Online Form
Application form can be saved
and submitted online to KHS
Fees and Charges
•
Kingdom Healthcare reserves the right to charge
administrative fees, which cover the cost of
documentation verification, practical training,
adaptation, company car insurance, accommodation,
ID badge, uniform, DBS and other miscellaneous costs.
•
As an incentive, Kingdom Healthcare will issue a full
refund of the administration fee after two years of
continuous employment under Kingdom Healthcare
Limited.
•
We will provide a Certificate of Sponsorship once all
checks and candidate compliance have been verified.
•
We do not process Visa’s. Visa’s are processed and
issued by the Home Office therefore the final decision
lies with them.
•
The process takes at least 18 weeks as per Home
Office guidelines.
•
By submitting an application, you are agreeing to
these terms and conditions.
